The Surfing Pig specializes in small plates and craft cocktails.
One of the signature dishes that’s featured on the menu is back ribs with chicharon and herbs.
Chef Carlos created the perfect marriage of dry rub and marinade so the true flavors burst through in every bite.
Owner Stan Glander told Take2 guests will enjoy a trendy atmosphere and, the restaurant will also feature a chef’s table in the kitchen that will offer a unique dining experience.
Brunch and lunch dishes will eventually be added to the menu.
The Surfing Pig is set to open by the end of March. It’s located at 3605 Waialae Ave.
