Let’s Talk…

Herb Medley

What is Herb Medley?

If you have dined with us before or studied the menu, you may see the mysterious Herb Medley written in several places. The herb medley is a signature mix that Chef Carlos Buhain uses in multiple dishes. He was inspired to create the mix while working with Chef Michael Jordan in Las Vegas.

Are you ready for the secret? The main 3 herbs are: chive, tarragon, and parsley. That is it.

Flavors of the Herb Medley

Buhain explains the medley overall brings out a bright and vibrant note. Interestingly enough, the different components of the herbs pull out a different element in each dish so it does not taste quite the same throughout the dishes.

**Some dishes pull from a selection of the herbs and range to a mixture of all 3. Please ask a server to clarify if needed.
